Nikita, the pioneering designer and producer of clothes and apparel for the boarding and alternative sports market, has been acquired by Amer Sports, a Finnish sportswear chain. The sale marks the succesful exit of NSA Ventures.

The Finnish sportswear chain, Amer Sports, has acquired Nikita, the Icelandic designer and maker of sports clothes and apparel. Amber Sports is an international company that boasts an impressive portfolio of brands, such as Solomon, Arc´teryx, Wilson and Atomic. The company is listed on the Helsinki NASDAQ OMX stock exchange.
